SEXUALITY CONTROVERSY: FAMILY DECLARES FATWA ON AGN PRESIDENT'S WIFE



Mrs. Precious Yakubu, wife of the embattled National President of the  Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), has remained out of the public eye for more than a year amid a growing family dispute linked to allegations surrounding her sexuality.

Sources familiar with the matter claim the controversy escalated after members of the husband's family allegedly declared a fatwa against her, a move that has generated widespread debate across  entertainment circles nationwide 

Despite mounting public attention, AGN President Alhaji Abubakar Yakub refused to address the allegations directly. In a brief response through his media office, he maintained that his wife's personal life is a private family matter and should not be subjected to public speculation.

The prolonged absence of Mrs. Yakubu rom public events has only intensified speculation, with supporters calling for restraint and respect for the family's privacy, while others continue to demand answers.

Security agencies have not commented on the matter, and no official statement has been issued by the family beyond earlier remarks urging the public to refrain from spreading unverified information.
